Back on the saddle!

SO far, I’ve been doing great with keeping up with my work-outs, except for last night. I was planning on doing them everyday but yesterday I got out of bed REALLY late, like around 5:30pm! I was way too frumbled up to even eat. When I did eat, it was occured to me that I probably shouldn’t (or couldn’t) work out that night.

I AM NOT going to let that mishap derail me. Typically, we’re all suppose to have brakes anyway- I just wasn’t planning on taking brakes :/ But, it will all work-out.
