What if I gained weight?
I’m afraid that next time I go to weigh myself, I’m gonna see that I gained weight instead.
Sure I work out but I still don’t eat small portions. I can’t get satisfied with small portions and I don’t have enough food to constantly snack. So0o0o, I’m afraid. I want to weigh myself but I also don’t; not yet.
You should be proud of what of yourself what ever the scale says! The point is to make good choices every day. And, you do! You make the choice to work out and that is sooo important. You aren’t always gonna lose weight! But, not gaining is a small victory also! Even if you end up gaining, you are still healthier for working out, and isn’t that the point. You are gonna make your goal weight as long as you continue to make good choices. The number of good choices you make will determine how fast you get there. But, you will get there! I have faith in you and I’ve never even met you! You should make the “good choice” to have faith in yourself also!
